"Not giving a fuck" means not doing anything because you don't care. "Giving a fuck" means doing something, no matter how small.
I "give a fuck" about your answer because it's wrong and I feel the need to correct it. Others don't "give a fuck" which can be seen by them not addressing your point.
The problem, for you, would be that if you didn't "give a fuck" then you'd stop having posts to you and for you and I think that is why you "give a fuck" and reply to the trolls.

When did I QQ about that? I just told Miriya in a thread she is a very very desperate and lame person she has to resort to those methods (along with Niana, btw) and it resulted in a 10 page thread flaming her. If anything, I'm glad that happened, my account details are finally fine now and I can use specific services, and I got a few extra nice alts thanks to RAF! Only real loss was my /played time ^^ I even stored my gold in gbank so didn't lose that either.
