Julianus curled his lip with statisfaction as he read over the freshly written notice in his hand. He stood up from his desk and said to a figure in front of him, "Make sure that this notice is replicated and distributed throughout Silvermoon City."

Many centuries ago, before our glorious kingdom was founded, before our fallen prince led us into the deceitful darkness and before our majestic Sunwell’s great reigniting, our ancestors sailed across the vast and raging seas of Azeroth from the west. Our distant ancestors, those who called themselves the Highborne, broke off from our cowardly cousins – the night elves – and set the seeds of society in our new lands: Quel’Thalas.

The reason for their strenuous voyage was the arrogance and cowardice incarnate which are the night elves; and as our peoples’ eyes were opened in the brilliant light of the Sun, theirs were blinded and shrouded by the shadowy gloom of their wild forests and backward way of thought. While our people prospered, they cowered weakly in their lands, wallowing in their own self-pity. Therefore, we must not fail to remember that our people are the more developed and advanced society. We tend to our forests and nurture our gardens while our cowardly cousins care not for them, allowing them to grow wild and feral.

It is evident that all ties to our far-away relatives must cease to exist if only to spare ourselves the embarrassment of having anything to do with them or their animal-like behaviour. They have done much to attempt to hinder our kingdom’s growth: they spy like little vermin upon us, they grovel in holes as they plan our demise and they slaughter our helpless children. And so, dear brothers and sisters hesitate not to strike them down! Let rubies drip from our swords, let their blood cake the ground and let their blemish of an existence forever be wiped clean from his world!
