| Over the past two months, the guild I am the guild master of, House of Sylvanas, has been under harassment by a group called <The Dark Lady>. After recieving no aid from game masters, I want to make everyone aware, and to clear of this band of people.
This was started by the House refusing to accept a member(Because we only accept roleplayers), after that he organised he and his RL mates to disrupt our RP and harass our members, as they find it "funny".
This went on for a month or two untill one of our members left the guild, named Misca, to band up with them, as they were also his RL mates. They made a guild devoted to throwing in disorder to our routines. Later on, this guild moved it's reasons to others, but still continuing to continue their previous ways.
This now goes beyond that, members of <The Dark Lady> have been targetting individuals in the House and passing on real life threats, to come and meet them and actually fight in real life with us.
Relek Frost Aries Misca - the guild master
THESE are the individuals, beyond the age of 20, who begun a 2 month old on going stress to members of the House, and others caught roleplaying with us. Their guild master Misca doesn't appear as bad, but he continually spurs his members on.
They do this because they find, in their closed circle of RL friendship, that this is humerous and funny. I know there are a lot of immature players out there, and this just proves that there can be some ridiculously sad people, even in their twenties, who take fun out of causing grief to others.
It has to be made clear the House, which now only consists of 13 obliged members after a reform, and we have done in no respect; to no degree anything to deserve a continual *@!!ed up gaming experience - no one has. The game masters do NOTHING about the RL threats and RP disruption. <The Dark Lady>'s members have taken the effort of finding us on facebook, collecting real life information about our members. This isn't acceptable, by any standards, and I ask you all to stay away from these people.
One would think after 2 months of this they would get bored, but SSL is dealing with a group of people, in their early twenties, that is how sad this is, who just want to generate bad will and distress.
This is a malicious post against them, they are causing many players of this game a lot of distress, even for an online game I never thought this possible. The ignore feature is useless to their numbers and alts, and their attempts at accessing our real life info on blogs etc.
Now according to them, I am going to face a beating in real life (for posting about their guild -.-), but do everyone a favour, and have nothing to do with this guild.

| Saw that on the SSL forums already, really sucks I dont understand it, GM's (at least the ones I met) are always strict about game policy's, for the above described things they surely can and need to be banned. Not to mention the fact that they pphfail at RP as well... | |

| Tbh internet threats are what schoolkids do to each other via text and facebook. Don't forget to lol at them anytime they whispher you. Just remember not to get abusive back because they sound like the type that would report you straight away.

| We reported several times, but the GMs laughed in our faces, so to speak and merely said thay canīt to anything about it. We ignored the guild and stopped communicating with then IC and OOC but nothing happened.. This is realy a last resort.. nothing was done about it, the GMs didnīt bother to help, so weīre asking you to atleast ignore them.. |

| Refer any idiot GMs to the below. Unfortunately many of them are clueless but whenever I quote them their own policies I usually find I get exactly what I want. - Quote :
- Real-Life Information and Threats
This category includes both clear and masked language which:
* Refers to violence in any capacity that is not directly related to the game world * Releases any real life information about other players or Blizzard employees
If a player is found to have used such language, he/she may:
* Be given a warning for releasing general personal information * Be temporarily or permanently suspended from the game for real life threats and/or releasing detailed personal information * Incur further real-life repercussions depending on the severity of the threat Source: http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/harassmentp2.html#dDepends what exactly they are saying though of course.

So sad that people feel the need to give people grief in a game that is supposed to be fun for all. Jeez Dark ladies go get laid.

| Some of you may remember my rant in lfrp over a month ago. After speaking with 4 or 5 GMs over the time there seems to have been no apparent action - they simply don't respond to my tickets now. Though I was given the complaint email address by one GM. I'm seriously considering using it now. I've not reacted to any of them ICly or OOCly for at least a month and a half, apart from one who /w-ed me asking for 'help' - apparently he wanted to join HoS and has done from the very beginning... de ja vu... I politely told him we weren't recruiting and that I couldn't help... yet they still spit on me whenever they happen to find me, or make a point of changing their course to stand in front of me (Misca did this tonight after bouncing his way around the upper tier of the trade quarter in UC) or seem to stop near me as if ensuring that I know they're around. Having one of them track me down on Facebook was... surprising. Apparently he wants to play the game in peace, which I find amusing bearing in mind I've ignored the lot of them for ages and don't react to any of the crap they throw at me in-game. I'm far from the aggressor here. He does think I seem to be a really cool person though... wtf? Admiral Ackbar was a very wise fish-eyed alien, IMO... edit: Oh, Arch, you've missed out Orion... (spelt with an odd char that I can't be arsed to find...) The original character in question who was refused entry into HoS was called 'Drowzee'... famous Pokemon, showed no interest in learning about rp in the whispered correspondence that ensued, he just 'really wanted to be in HoS' and claimed his character name was his real life surname... - Rrrriiiight. I WANT rpers to become the dominant player-base on SSL. I'll help anyone who shows a genuine interest. I take the time to explain & help wherever I can. As my alt, Wetnoze, I promote good relations and rp with all I can. If they're not into rp I'll let them know they're on an rp server and remind them not to be surprised or offended if they run into someone who's IC. . | |

as for in game i will look for them and make them suffer. That's very nice from you, but I think responding to their real life threats with other real life threats is the worst thing you can do... you simply go down to the same level as them if you do that. However, I don't understand the GM's behaviour. They really should care about the policies.

| "Real life PvP" makes me chuckle: sorry Evangelist, I just know too many people into that, including it has to be said a couple of murderers (still locked up thankfully), a former SAS warrant officer who now runs his own private military consultancy, a ring of East end villains and a former guerrilla fighter from the mountains of Kurdistan. Violence is always an option, but it should also be your last option However, I totally concur with your general view - and Vex's view - of how sad these Dark Lady people are. Not remotely likely they have any real world power or confidence. | |

Tivak got in touch with us about theses assholes resently. I'm adding there names to my trolls friends list, then me and the Triad will set up Camp the Dark Lady-fest 2009.
People like this suck! but as has been said before people who thretin you over the net are a bunch of losers and will never do anything. something to consider though is that if they are threatening people with RL harm, I'm pretty sure that's ileagle, so perhaps the police? See if they can help (probably not but ya never know)

| There's probably only one thing worse then Corpsecamping and claiming it to be RP (and me and Xoran actually got competitive and no hate.) and that is taking it to real life, disgusting. Consider them dead when they run into this moonkin if I can remember their names (or guild tag pherhaps) | |

| actually, i find it very easy to ignore ppl completely once i've added them to my ignore, list. Its the crap in /s that i find distracting. I can easily ignore the moron jumping up and down on my head as i just visialise them as a little bouncing bunny with a 'geiv attenshun plox' sign on their head | |

| As I told you guys last night: 1. Make a log of all the incidents, what they were, and times 2. Include anything that specifically breaks Blizzard's terms and conditions (which you can look up on their website) 3. My contact at Blizzard has said he will look internally to see what can happen in these situations but it's not his remit to handle this stuff. 4. The drastic response is to change your names, guilds or whatever, or transfer. But I wouldn't advocate that for now | |
