Opathu Beta images

Here are a few random screenshots of my checking out the new Metamorphosis (demon form) talent.

New zeppelin outside Orgrimmar.

Arriving in Warsong Hold, on the western edge of Northrend. There are 2 Horde starting areas: this one, and the Howling Fjord on the eastern side (which you reach via zeppelin outside the Undercity).

This one shows me training enchanting. (Btw I am called 'Oppy' because the name Opathu was already taken on the beta realm. The pic quality isn't great -- that isn't a reflection of the beta realm, it's because I mass downloaded them as small files, so I think it's all low res. The graphics of the beta are amazing)

More outside Warsong Hold. Note the Scourge flying ... things. There's a huge quarry outside the Hold, where undead spiders etc live. Kelthuzad (sp?) is outside, too....

Testing the demon form a bit:

More around this area. Voidwalker is now a very good tank, it seems, much much buffed. FG takes a lot less damage too from mobs, again quite buffed.
Demon form is a crap tank and still needs work. You get 100% health + mana when you *return* from Demon Form -> caster (not 100% health/aman when going from caster to demon form).

More of me in Warsong Hold.

I did PvP against a human Retri Paladin. At first I pwnd him with my demon form. Then he ress'd and killed me -- he had awesome dps and crits, even vs my resilience!! (he was level 72). There's one shot of his body lying on the ground. I predict Retri will be quite dangerous now in Wotlk.
