| This might come of as offensive to some, but it is an entertaining read and some provocative statements worth discussing imo. I should probably add that, no it is not me who made it and I do not support everything claimed in it

| What is truly disturbing is that are people that actually -need- this guide. | |

| I'd say being a Maddoxx wannabe counts as failing at life, to be honest. | |

| That was very funny, very insensitive and -- for internet/emo weirdo guys -- very true Basically as Quint says. If everyone was a social outcast, you'd have died off in history. I can think of several people in this game who might be on just such a path ... | |

Well I think Xari has already partly-admitted he's on that journey. As for Thaya ... OMG.

| Lol although you link my online personality too much to how I could be IRL, opathu, I'm generally a very polite and shy person IRL, and I just like to take things different online, is that so bad? :p I mean I may sound harsh now, but I'd say the problem is other people take the internet too serious, and bluntly said I simply don't care about having hurt someone's e-feelings because they decide to take something so hard over the internet ^^
That's the beauty of the internet: you can socialise further and even emotionally with those you choose to do that with, you can filter out whoever you want as well!

Could it not be said that that is what's wrong with the internet? People not being themselves leads to bald guys in their 40's pretending to be 13-14 year old girls to meet real 13-14 year old girls and then we have major problems! |

| I only pretend to be orcs edit: Xari, to answer you: "yes". (As in, yes, you have a point) But so do I. The more you (one) act(s) like a tit on forums, do you not think that bears some relationship to how you act in real life? I say absolutely it does: the fact you are shy or whatever is the very reason you have acted like a tosser on forums (at times). It doesn't excuse it (IMO) that it's "fun", because it's done deliberately to gain attention and cause reaction (hurt). Avatars, forum identities are still people, not computer-controlled entities. All this raging, trolling and whatever is actually a statement about us, our state of minds, than it is (or as much as it is) about others' supposed ignorance, stupidity and so on.® Now, if you do it for *humour*, as I try to, well then I can forgive. My humour is not intended (usually) to *hurt*. It still means I'm an egotistical insecure twat hanging around kids who can't spell or socialise with an earthworm, but hey, who said I was perfect ...^^ Taking my own advice, I should now cease to post ... *puff* *disappears* double-edit: ® in before gruff-voice says stop being so serious
