just one thing to consider Mune, in the event that a week night is chosen, those of that work may find it impossible to get online any earlier than 18.00 st...and that would be pushing it for me

i tried to remove the time's from the pol but it wont let me edit it anymore
then i could make a diffrent poll about the times so i had 10 choises instead of the 4 that were left after the days

Go to your 1st post and click on edit. when you scroll down, there are 3 tabs that you can expand (they are look like 3 dark grey bars until you expand them). the bottom one should allow you to edit the poll.

if you're still stuck i can do it for you

the poll will be ended in 7 days from the time it was made and it was made Yesterday at 11:17 am so that will be around 6 days from now

its still about 2 moths untill the events happens so you might be in the guild ic again but for now ill add you to the list of people that want to come but arent in a guild.say it when i need to change it

can an admin or somethng change the poll to the times: 19:00/18:00/17:00/16:00/15:00/14:00. choose arrival time that is the best for you.

it seems that the people want it to begin on 19:00
now the meeting part will probaly be 21:00
i think that 2 hours will do for all the events to happen then the meeting between important people while others are doing some party stuff.

maybe something like
19:00 everyone arives
19:10 the market and recruiting events start
19:40 the market and recruiting ends
19:40 the fishing ,ball games,hunting and dueling events start
20:10 the ball games,fishing,dueling and hunting events end
20:10 all food from the fishing and hunting gets colected and cooked
20:20 when all the food is cooked and ready everyone will be called together for diner
21:00 all the important people will be gathered for the meeting event
21:00 the party and story telling event will start

this is just an idea,please give suggestions
