The Ashen Tournament, Seventh September - we have our champion!

Well, it took a while to get started, and we only had three jousters in the end after some unlucky internet trouble, but there was some fierce fightin' and a good time was had by all.

Our combatants were Silverlake, Agarok and Grato. Silverlake defeated both of the orcs and claimed the laurel crown and the champion's purse, while Grato unhorsed (unwolfed...?) Agarok to come in second place.

A fair few people came along to spectate, and feedback was all good, so we intend to do another of these and hopefully get a fair few more people along and fighting. Keep an eye out for the next one on the Noticeboard forum and www.ashenorder.net.

((Sorry I vanished from the sidelines, had intended to take part but my internet suddenly just shut off. Bah!))

I was hoping to come along but unfortunately it clashed with dinner and food > WoW...especially when Vex is cooking

I would have liked to attend but weeknights are pretty unpredictable for me work wise, and I ended up working pretty late anyway.

Sounds fun though.

Ye it was rely fun just to be there and watch. And we did draw some non-participants to it… a NE few by and watched one fight. He must have found it funny ... as he /lol: ed allot

I recommend attending the next one. And I’ll se if I might come as a jouster next time on me DK.
