| This may be the only good thing Gordon Brown ever does! A few weeks ago I signed an online petition calling for an apology for how Alan Turing, a brilliant wartime mathematician who helped crack Nazi ciphers, shortened WWII and so probably saved thousands of lives, was treated after the war.
