Ok, I've come to a conclusion

Whilst doing a 4-man ZG and 2-man Ony the other day was great fun, I have been looking at the best way for me to upgrade my current sigil (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=39208;source=live) to a better one (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=39208;source=live) but this means I need to get emblems of heroism. That means raids and heroics.
I also want to upgrade my 2-hand axe and I think I've found a nice replacement (http://eu.wowarmory.com/item-info.xml?i=39417). This means I need to go to Naxx.

Much as I'd like to be able to, I can't solo any of this. I need help (yes, I know you've known this for some time, Nick!) which means you guys!

Now, how easy is it get a Naxx raid? Fortunately this drops in both 10-man and 25-man, but is getting 9 others for Naxx an easy thing?

I've just dinged 80, and (according to wow-heroes) with my current set up I should be able to handle Naxx. Like yourself I'm keen to upgrade my gear and it would be great to be able to do this amongst friends (personally I hate pugs). I notice elsewhere on the forum that there are a few others who've just dinged 80 as well, so maybe we could rope a few of them in.

Of course, if anyone who actually knows what they're doing would like to show us the ropes, that would be even better. I can make time most evenings except Tuesdays. Let's do it!

Gearwise naxx havent really been the big issue (10 man atleast) - as long as people do more than 1500 dps its mostly piece of cake. What it does come down to however is the experience people have with the naxx bosses. Im quite certain alot of the people here have from the older Dungeon crawler time built up the experience they need to give you a nice quick runthrough

I have 3 lvl 80s now and all quite able to go there. One is reserved for the guild, but i can make a raid and bring you along. My pugs usually do very well also, as im very picky on who i bring along, as its mostly for some few upgrades and badges. I'll see if your online next i make one

I'd one day like to look inside Naxx and Ul-whatever it's called (^^), so lemme know if an OAP day out to one of these places occurs

Sounds good. I'm 7 badges short (I think) of the 15 required for the sigil I want and I'd love to have the 2H axe that KT drops, so the more runs for that the better. Just a shame that I have to work :-(

if you somehow can pass me the mats, I'll gladly craft you Titansteel Guardian. which'll last you well until that axe

All cash is currently going towards faster flying, then a second spec. After that, if I'm still needing the upgrade, I may well take you up on that.
