On a random note, anyone know if one has to retake their test if they reloacte within europe?

Not that i know of Em.

The only time i've heard of somebody re-teking their test was a south african that moved to england because i think their test is less comprehensive than ours.

Try googling "driving in <country>, new resident". seemed to bring up stuff about what is expected from immigrants to whatever country you type in.

From what I've heard, the UK is one of, if not the toughest driving testing systems in the world. As such you can drive anywhere with a UK licence. However, if your referencing your Swedish beau and the idea of moving there they you might want to get in some decent snow driving training just to be safe.
