the horde jamboree is an event that will be held every 2 months.basicly its a meeting and feast between all horde rp guilds.it will be held north of ratchet right next to the southfury river.it will be a big festival where there can be done many things.it will be much like the kosh'harg of the orcs of dreanor.this is a large event with many playes and it will take about 3+ hours.it will always be on the same location and always every around 2 months(can be diffrent,deppends on what day most people can come).

-IC ratchet wont be as near as it is OOC (no city is near).its just that its near because there were no other spots as good as this one.
-it will be a meeting between the guilds and a festival.
-it will always be the same place,its a big place with only hostile creatures in the river(lvl 10 croco's).
-you aren forced to participate in the events that will be then,you can always just sit around with a friend.

20:10 all food from the fishing and hunting gets colected and cooked

Mate. We are planning to have about 100 people on this lets call it festival!

Vypra and Snicka have nice organization skills so it would be dumb to miss this of course we will involve them. And well i think its worth.

Soon more people will join the site and the event will get more popular then everything will work smoother.

But to answear you question with one word: Yes

its their choise if they want to help or not
but i think they want

and can as many people as possible list their events they want to happen and maybe add events to the list of ideas also ask if you dont understand a event

One question: When will this be? I really want to participate, but there will be periods of time when I won't be able to come online. (Technically, before the 25th of June; between the 11th and 18th of July; after the 21st of August; and I'll probably have other summer activities too.)
And I'll strongly recommend to the Heritage of Zandalar that we should participate as a guild.

Oh, and another question:
Are the invitations posted on the forums already IC, or are they OOC yet, and an IC invitation will arrive when the guild leaders replied OOC that they want to participate?
